Hi, my name is Mike McCormick, and my aim is to facilitate real estate closings and general notarizations (Wills, POAs, Healthcare Directives, etc.) at a time and place convenient to the signers. I am a certified, insured and notarized Loan Signing Agent, and I am commissioned in Virginia as well as Delaware.
I offer expert notary services in Northern Virginia and the Delaware Beaches ensuring convenience, confidentiality and compliance at every step of the process.
I recently retired from Corporate America after over 35 years of steadily increased responsibilities and elevated clearances. I graduated with an MBA from GMU and held the Project Manager Professional (PMP) credential for over 10 years. As you probably guessed from my logo, I love pickleball along with golf and tennis.

Remote Online Notarization (RON)
I've completed specialized training to be a certified Loan Signing Agent. These signings entail printing the stack of documents, visiting the homes of buyers, sellers and re-financers, patiently walking through the Real Estate documents to secure all signatures, apply all notary stamps, and finally return them to the Title company. Pricing generally ranges from $125-$200 per signing.
